A:

If you are concerned about improving your factory, getting more out, or reducing what it costs to produce, and would like to understand what the next steps to take are, then this is for you. If you are trying to chose between Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, World Class Manufacturing, or another approach, then the audit helps to make what you need clear. Every factory is different – this helps understand where you are, and where you need to go next to make the biggest difference.

Q:

What is in the free version?

A:

The Free version allows you to see the first part of the audit in full, so that you can see how the software works in practice, and work out if the approach is right for you. You will need to upgrade to the full version to conduct a full audit, and keep a history of your audits.
